Rev. Navil & Amy Vaughan
Navil, a 3rd generation pastor, is native to Westville. He began attending Impact Church, at the time known as Westville Pentecostal Holiness Church, at the age of 13 years old when his dad became the pastor. 2018 will be his 18th year in ministry.
Navil and his wife, Amy, were married in 2007. They have two children, Nevaeh who is 7 years old and Elias who is 2 years old.
Navil loves Westville and feels privileged to pastor in the community where he essentially was born, raised, and now resides as an adult. Navil supports Westville Schools and their functions, where he is often saw attending various sporting events, concerts, and plays.
Navil is looking forward to seeing the great things that are coming, and believes that Impact Church is going into it’s greatest season!

Men's Ministry Director:
My name is Brian Sitsler, I have had the honor of attended Impact church (formally known as Westville Pentecostal Holiness Church) all my life. I feel privileged that my mom brought me to church from the time I was born and taught/showed me how to be a Christian. I give God all the credit for blessing me with my wonderful wife Jenna and kids Girric, Zoe’ and Wyatt.
I have been a member of the Westville Fire Department for 21 years, served my community in various rolls including the fire department, Westville Town Council, Westville Utility Board, Westville EMS, Westville Chamber of Commerce and various other community boards and activities. I love my community and enjoy serving to try to make it a better place.
Throughout my life, I have been involved in various ministries in my church, from cleaning the church, Royal Rangers, sound person to currently the Men’s Ministry Director. I feel privileged to be in this position and try to lead our men in the ministry the Lord has for us.
We have a great group of men that are always willing to stand in the gap when needed. We would love to have you be a part of our church and our men’s ministry. We meet on the 2nd Sunday Night of each month at 6:00 P.M. My goal is to show Gods love to people through every avenue I can.
Women's Ministry Director/
My name is Belynda, better known as ‘B’, Brewster. I am currently the director of Women’s Ministry. I have worn a coat of many colors in my ministries in the church. I’ve worked in Children’s Church, Girl’s Auxiliary, Youth, VBS, Song Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Secretary in Church and Ozark Conference, Janitorial Staff and Women’s Ministry. I think God had a sense of humor when he called this Kindergarten Teacher to be a leader of women. Through this ministry I have learned that when God calls He provides. We invite you to join our great group of ladies on the 4th Sunday night of the month at 6:00.

Impact Kids Director:
Amy is a native to Westville. She married Navil is the spring of 2007. They have 2 children, Nevaeh who is 7 years old and Elias who is 2 years old. Amy is currently a First Grade teacher at Westville Public Schools.
Amy’s passion is for children. She loves and desires to watch them grow in the Lord. This year will be her 4th year as IMPACTKids director. Before she was the director, she served as a volunteer in the children’s ministry.
Her goal is for IMPACTKids to be a place where kids can have fun and learn more about Jesus, while they build lasting relationships and learn to become workers in Christ’s Kingdom.
Impact Girls Director:
My name is Lisa Williams. I am the director of the Impact Girls Club. I have attended this church since birth. I joined the church at the age of 16. I am married to Tim Williams. We have two beautiful daughter, Vanessa, and Kenda Williams.
Impact Girls Club are the classes that are offered to our girls attending on Wednesday nights. It is for girls 3 years of age to 6th grade. It is broken up into four different classes: preschool- kindergarten (daisy club), 1st-2nd grade (prims club) 3rd-4th grade (stars club), and 5th-6th grade (Friends Club). The curriculum is set up to teacher the girls about God, and the Bible, while in a club setting. The girls will cover topic that pertain to things relevant to their age.
Sunday School Director:
Jenna J. Sitsler moved to Impact Church 9 years ago. Jenna and her husband, Brian Sitsler enjoy participating in the ministries within the church with their three children who are active in the children’s and youth programs.
Jenna is the Sunday School Director, assists with Praise and Worship during evening services, and works in the Dinner in a Dash ministry on Wednesday evenings. Jenna enjoys teaching and speaking the word when given the opportunity to do so.
Jenna is employed as a Social Worker where she dedicates her time serving families and children in Adair County.
Jenna welcomes you to attend Sunday School at Impact Church, 10 a.m. on Sunday mornings where there is a class for everyone
Hello. Mary Crittenden reporting here. I am currently serving as the nursery director with Impact Church. I have been in this position for 3 years. God definitely qualifies the unqualified.
I am married to Ray Crittenden and blessed with two children, Skylar and Nisha, a daughter in law Angela, 2 grandchildren - Megan and Devin and one great grandson - Marshall.
I also currently serve as the Women’s ministry secretary.

Praise and Worship Leader:
Jeremy Broughton has served on the worship team as a guitarist for 15 years, and as of 2014 he has been leading worship here at Impact Church. Jeremy also teaches 2-3 year old Sunday School and Kindergarten thru 4th grade Boys Ministry on Wednesday nights. Jeremy enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with his family. He is married to his wife Justina and together they have four children; Maxwell, Koa, Lincoln, and Navy
Jeremy leads primarily in the contemporary style of worship. His main goal with the help of the Holy Spirit is to provide a worship service that engages all ages in true and sincere worship. During a worship service you can expect to see hands raised and others forms of worship. Jeremy hopes you enjoy your time worshipping with us here at Impact Church.
I am Jerry Guffey one of the four Administrative Council members her at Impact Church. My wife Laura and I have been members of the church for about 30 years. I have been privileged to be on the council board for several years now. I was also the President of the Men’s Ministry for a period of time.
I love this church and community where I have also been blessed to be a Christian based business owner here in Westville. I retired from the local Fire and Recue after 20 years, spent 12 years working with the local ambulance service as an Emergency Medical Technician/ First Responder, and spend almost 24 years in the Army National Guard before retiring.
My hope is to be an inspiration to anyone I meet, to want to have Jesus Christ in their lives.
Tim and his wife Sheryl have attended Impact Church for over forty years serving in a variety of ministry and leadership roles including the Administrative Council, teaching, youth and men’s ministries and prayer team support. Today his primary ministry passion is in the workplace, mentoring men and praying for healing and wholeness.
Sheryl and Tim are blessed to worship and serve at Impact Church with their children Jeremy, Justina and Jordan and four grandchildren Max, Koa, Lincoln and Navy.
